At Angels Boxing Academy, our mission is to empower youth and strengthen communities through the discipline of boxing, access to education, and a commitment to advocacy. We believe that boxing is more than a sport,it’s a powerful tool for personal growth, resilience, and social change. Our programs are designed to break down barriers and create opportunities. From free boxing classes for children with Down syndrome to complimentary training for veterans, we prioritize inclusivity and healing. We offer scholarships for both boxing and college, supporting young people in pursuing trade schools, two-year colleges, and four-year universities. Our free chess program further expands minds through critical thinking and strategy. Outside the ring, we’re fighting for systemic change. Through initiatives like “Guns Down, Gloves Up” and “Knockout Violence: Gloves Up for Education,” we tackle youth violence and advocate for safer, more equitable communities. We collaborate with schools, organizations, and civic leaders to push for education reform and expanded youth resources. We’re also developing a youth leadership pipeline that teaches civic engagement and grassroots organizing, ensuring that the next generation is prepared to lead with purpose. Together with our community and partners, we’re building a future where every young person has the tools to succeed—in and out of the gym.

Angels Boxing Academy is a nonprofit organization dedicated to empowering youth ages 6–19 through boxing, academic support, mentorship, and leadership development. We provide a safe, structured environment where young people from underserved communities can build discipline, confidence, and life skills that prepare them for success inside and outside the ring. Our programs include free boxing and fitness classes, tutoring, college and career readiness workshops, transportation assistance, and youth leadership opportunities. We are committed to reducing youth violence, promoting healthy lifestyles, and creating pathways to education and employment for the next generation of community leaders.
