HELP MAKE VETERANS WHOLE AGAIN. The mission of Operation Barnabas can be found in our name: Barnabas means “Son of Encouragement.” Our purpose is to provide hope, encouragement, and mentorship to at-risk veterans and first responders through outreach and resources in a swift and timely manner. By providing sanctuary, meeting physical needs, and linking resources, we endeavor to ignite a positive transformation in those striving to find purpose and meaning.
FAITH, ACTION and ENCOURAGEMENT!
**Provide homeless veterans and families an immediate living location.
**Assign a mentor/Barnabas ("Son of Encouragement").
**Triage needs and set meaningful, manageable, and measurable goals.
**Contact partners (Stay Suites of America Orange Park, Steven A. Cohen Military Family Clinic at Centerstone, Florida, Changing homelessness, Mercy Auto Charitable Foundation Inc.).
**Deliver food and necessities as needed.
