The purpose of the Foundation shall be to facilitate the charitable, patriotic and educational activities of the membership of the Veterans of Foreign Wars-Department of Wisconsin (“VFW”) and support programs that assist in the well-being of veterans and their families

The purpose of the Foundation shall be to facilitate the charitable, patriotic and educational activities of the membership of the Veterans of Foreign Wars-Department of Wisconsin (“VFW”) and other purposes approved by the Board of Directors and authorized by chapter 181 of the Wisconsin Statutes and those activities permitted under the Internal Revenue Code of 1954, 26 U.S.C. § 501(c)(3) or similar successor.
