HANOVER CONCERT BAND

We are a community band, and we perform throughout Hanover County and the greater Richmond, VA metro area as the “Musical Ambassadors of Hanover County.”

The band is a 501(c)(3) organization founded in 1989; venues have included Hanover Tomato Festival, Virginia War Memorial, Virginia Center Commons Mall, Commemorative Celebrations at Wayside Veterans Memorial Park, as well as Town of Ashland celebrations including the Strawberry Faire, the Ashland 4th of July Family Event, Train Day, Hanover Arts and Activities Center fundraisers and more. We are a group of dedicated amateur musicians who welcome newcomers to play with us. We provide the gift of live musical entertainment to our community performing 12-15 concerts throughout the year. Musicians of all ages are welcome to join the band.
