Since 2002, The Upper Room has been a vital community organization serving. We provide meals and services to the underserved community in El Dorado County. This population includes persons suffering from homelessness, the elderly on fixed incomes, individuals living with physical or behavioral health disabilities, veterans, and a growing number of families with young children and teens trying to make ends meet.
