Medical Ministries provides free, accessible, and community-centered healthcare to underserved families and veterans across South Carolina. Our mission is to increase health access, improve mental and physical wellbeing, reduce crisis-level emergencies, and strengthen the stability of vulnerable households through compassionate clinical care, Whole Health support services, and collaborative partnerships. We deliver primary care, preventive screenings, chronic disease management, mental health counseling, food assistance, transportation support, family stability resources, and community outreach through a trusted, volunteer-driven model. By meeting people where they are—physically, financially, and emotionally—we remove barriers to care and ensure that low-income families, seniors, rural residents, and veterans can receive the services they need at no cost. Medical Ministries is built on the belief that everyone deserves equitable access to healthcare, regardless of income, insurance status, or background. Our goal is to bring comprehensive services directly into the community, reduce systemic health gaps, and create a healthier, more resilient region for all.
