PROJECT AIRTIME

Project Airtime is the brainchild of Chris Santacroce a full time paragliding professional who flies everything from airplanes to powered and unpowered hang gliders – paragliders, paramotors and has hundreds of sky dives and BASE jumps. In 2000 Chris suffered a life altering spinal cord injury that resulted in him spending some time in a wheelchair. As good fortune would have it, he made a 120% recovery but was left with a different view of the world and an improved view of life.

Drawing from his time bound in a wheelchair, Project Airtime was created to help individuals with similar limitations fly. From special needs individuals to those with brain and spiral cord injuries, individuals with illness, or elderly and veterans – Project Airtime helps them all fly. Leveraging the volunteer time of expertly trained and experienced pilots, Project Airtime is able to use 100% of funds raised to help those who want to fly, fly.

Project Airtime is based in Utah but has affiliates in Seattle, Bend, Houston, San Diego, Vail, Aspen, Jackson Hole, Chattanooga, Jacksonville, Miami, Columbus, New Orleans and Minneapolis.
