Purchase 4+ acres to place 72 tiny homes in Kingman, AZ. These tiny homes will be rented at substantially under current market rates and be HUDVASH eligible. Veterans are the preference and this project will provide available and affordable housing for those in our transitional housing program. When completed it will be self sustaining.
