The Emergency Shelter offers a safe place for families to shelter before they can move into permanent housing. Case managers work with clients to find affordable housing and prepare for long-term housing stability.
Home At Last (Supportive Services for Veteran Families) serves Veterans and their families who are homeless or at-risk of becoming homeless. The focus of the program is short-term assistance to achieve long-term stability.
Rare Breed Youth Services offers a variety of services to at-risk and homeless youth ages 13-24. Youth can access services at the Rare Breed Youth Outreach Center and connect with permanent housing opportunities.
