SOUTHWEST CENTER FOR INDEPENDENT LIVING

To remove barriers and empower independent living for all people with disabilities.

We are a branch of the Center for Independent Living in Missouri. We help people with disabilities live independently in their own homes. We offer In-Home services, Consumer Direct Services, Ramps program, Transition Services, Youth Services, Assistive Technology, Adaptive Equipment, and much more. Many of these are FREE to the consumer. We work to get as many opportunities available at not cost as possible. All of our social groups/events are open to anyone in the community with a disability. we offer dances, Prom, talent shows, picnics and other events to encourage people with disabilities to interact and get peer support from others around them in a safe environment.
