WELCOME HOME INC

In September 2017, Welcome Home moved into our new 32-bedroom facility, increasing the number of Veterans we can serve each year, also allowing us to provide shelter and services to female Veterans, disabled Veterans, and families. We proudly serve 350+ homeless and at-risk Veterans and family members annually through our accredited, wrap-around programs and supportive services. Since the expansion we’ve also enhanced the services and programs available to Veterans, including: Emergency & Transitional Shelter, Permanent Housing support and employment assistance, serving Veterans exclusively in mid-Missouri since 1992. As reported by Harry S. Truman Memorial Veterans’ Hospital, Welcome Home is the only Veteran-centric organization of this kind in the state of Missouri and the only organization that offers family rooms in shelter for Veterans and their families to stay together.

It is our commitment and duty to ensure the safety, security, and successful transitions for the Veterans and families we serve. We will not rest until we put an end to Veteran homelessness.
