Welcome House, Inc. provides emergency shelter and critical support services to Native American families experiencing homelessness in North Dakota.
Our Strengthening Resilient Families project delivers culturally respectful Thanksgiving and Christmas meals, hygiene kits, winter clothing, and small holiday gifts to over 300 individuals, primarily Indigenous children and single mothers.
This project serves families from multiple Tribal Nations, including Standing Rock, Spirit Lake, Mandan Hidatsa Arikara, Cheyenne River, Oglala Sioux, Lower Brule, Winnebago Tribe of Nebraska, Turtle Mountain, and others.
