The mission of the Veterans Memorial Health Care of Waukon, Iowa is to support health care services to enhance the health and well being of individuals in Allamakee County, Iowa and the surrounding area.
The Veterans Memorial Health Care Foundation was incorporated on July 26, 1982, for the purpose of fundraising for hospital and local health care needs. Nearly 20 volunteers meet regularly to plan and promote fundraising events as well as identify and help meet medical needs in the area communities served by Veterans Memorial Hospital.
