Braystone Outreach Ministries, Inc. is a faith-based, 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization, and based in rural Williamston, North Carolina focused on providing transitional housing and supportive services for veterans, low-income individuals, and people experiencing homelessness.
In our region, no faith-based transitional housing programs currently exist within a 60-mile radius — a critical gap we are committed to closing. Our program will serve up to six individuals at a time, offering safe, stable housing for 2 to 6 months or longer, tailored to each person’s unique journey toward self-sufficiency.
Our approach is community-driven and action-ready. Since incorporating in June 2025, we have:
• Obtained our EIN, UEI, DUNS, CAGE Code, and North Carolina Charitable Solicitation License
• Been recognized as the E-Biz Point of Contact for federal registrations
• Gained approval (pending training) for HMIS through NCCEH and been added to their distribution list
• Begun attending meetings with NCWorks, and CADA (formerly Martin County Community Action)
• Engaged actively with the NC Balance of State Continuum of Care (CoC) and Martin County Veterans Service Office, who will refer veterans when we are operational.
We are currently fundraising to lease, purchase, or renovate a property to launch our housing initiative. Once operational, our program will provide not only transitional and supportive housing, but also access to:
• Case management
• Financial literacy
• Job training and employment referrals
• (Optional) Bible studies
Your support can help us bring hope, housing, and healing to vulnerable members of our community — particularly those in need of low-income housing, veteran support, and a second chance. Partner with us to build a stronger, more compassionate future — right here in Eastern North Carolina.
