United Way of Eastern LaSalle County supports over 25 Health and Human service programs through local agencies. United Way of ELC coordinated its own Labor of Love program which is a low-income home repair project; United Way of ELC School Tools which distributes school supplies to disadvantaged students; United Way of ELC provides Early Learning materials and classes from birth to five through its Born Learning program; United Way of ELC provides Imagination Library books through the Dollywood Foundation for children from birth to five in eastern Lasalle County; United Way of ELC oversees the EFSP grant for LaSalle County.
