The Oak Harbor Cottages are a non-congregate Homeless shelter for families.
Each family lives in a cottage that is furnished, and they also receive housing stability
services. The case manager helps the family develop individualized plans. Examples include job training, education, health care, mental health counseling, legal assistance, and more.
After 90 days they are placed in permanent housing and services are continued.
