Children of Fallen Soldiers Relief Fund College Scholarships, Financial & Morale Support

The Children of Fallen Soldiers Relief Fund was founded, October 23, 2003 to help support surviving U.S. Military children who have lost a parent in the Afghanistan or Iraq wars by providing them with College Grants. Our College Grant Program has been expanded to include both U.S. Military children and spouses who have either lost a loved one as a result of the Afghanistan or Iraq wars or have a severely disabled parent or spouse who was injured during a deployment to either war. Our second objective is to help the surviving members of these families with financial assistance as well as disabled/wounded veteran and their families. We provide emotional, educational, financial, morale and children's enrichment programs to assist our veteran families during their hardships. Our veteran families are part of our own family and with our assistance and encouragement we are able to provide them and their families with the strength, courage, and compassion to help them move forward in their lives. Many of our children have been in our programs since 2005 and with our help have succeeded in realizing their educational dreams. We have awarded thousands of Gold Star and disabled veteran families within the US who have children under the age of 18, and who are in need of assistance with housing, repairs, utilities, medical expenses, groceries, clothing, school supplies, sports equipment, uniforms, and other expenses deemed necessary in order to provide them with the support they need. Our mentoring program has been highly successful in helping our veterans who returned from combat with traumatic brain injuries, post traumatic stress disorder, anxiety, night terrors, and other associated "hidden" injuries as well as improvements to their morale and social well-being. Our Casting Freedom program has been highly successful by providing veterans with fishing equipment so that they can enjoy the benefits with other veterans on the water, regain and grow the bonds they had as well as enjoy the peace and relaxation that the outdoor environment offers.
