Neighbor to Neighbor (N2N) is a nonprofit organization dedicated to enhancing the quality of life for individuals in need across Horry, Georgetown, and Williamsburg counties in South Carolina.

Our Services -

Transportation Assistance
At the core of our services, N2N offers transportation to essential appointments, including medical visits. On average, we provide over 6,000 rides annually to clients across our three-county service area, ensuring they have access to the healthcare and services they need.

Pantry Deliveries
In partnership with seven different food pantries, N2N delivers approximately 2,500 pantry deliveries each year. These deliveries ensure that individuals and families have access to nutritious food, supporting their overall health and well-being.

Connect Calls and In-Home Companions
To combat social isolation and support our senior community, N2N provides connect calls and in-home companions. These services offer vital social interaction and companionship, helping seniors maintain their independence and quality of life in their own homes.
