Rock and Wrap It Up! recovers food and other assets in Sports, Music, Schools, Film, TV, Hospitals and Hotels. Rock and Wrap It Up! helped to write and implement the Federal Food Donation Act of 2008, which encourages all federal buildings to feed the hungry and keep food out of landfills. The National Hockey League has partnered with Rock and Wrap It Up! as did many NFL, MLB, NBA, and national soccer leagues. Hungerpedia.com, launched in 2011, is a web encyclopedia that enables potential donors to find suitable anti-poverty agencies across North America. Rock and Wrap It Up! has launched The Whole Earth Calculator. This mobile app quantifies and tweets food recovery statistics sensitizing social and environmental efforts to the public. We have developed The Andrew Parise Veterans Toolkit where veterans can find important information including a listing of veteran friendly colleges and universities, employers, and where they can find food if needed.
