What we do is provide free ecotherapy to our fellow veterans. How we do this is at least once every two weeks, we go out to our local, state and national parks & forests. While we are out there with as many as 10 veterans, we perform light trail maintenance, such as removing invasive species of plants, as well as branches and trees off the trail up to 10 inches in diameter. We do this all with hand tools, so that the veterans can talk about any issues that they are having in their personal lives, or issues after separating from military service.
