Project Heroes First

Project Heroes First is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization dedicated to empowering traumatically injured and amputee veterans through mental and physical health programs. From adaptive strength training to mental health support programs. Founded with a mission to restore confidence, independence, and physical resilience, we provide certified adaptive coaching, customized training programs, state-of-the-art equipment, and facility access to help veterans reclaim their health and well-being.

Our unique approach integrates physical conditioning, outdoor activities along with mental health resources, fosters a community of support and camaraderie. Through partnerships with fitness facilities, healthcare providers, and veteran advocacy groups, we ensure that our heroes have the tools they need to succeed—both inside and outside the facility
