LIFELINE SERVICE DOGS

LifeLine Service Dogs, a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization dedicated to training service dogs for Veterans and medically fragile children. Our mission is to enhance the quality of life for those in need through the incredible life changing , life saving work between humans and service dogs.

Here are some statistics that highlight the significance of our cause:

1. Medically Fragile Children:
- In Arkansas, there are approximately 119,118* medically fragile children facing daily challenges (*Arkansas Public Schools Health Services and Advisory Committee).
- Our service dogs provide lifesaving alerts and response, emotional support, and physical assistance to these children, helping to improve their quality of life and independence.

2. Veteran Suicide Rates:
- The state of Arkansas, like many others, has experienced an alarming rate of Veteran suicides.
Arkansas Veterans Administration reports that Arkansas is at 63.6, The Southern region average is 45.9 and the National average is 46.1.
