Freedom Equine Connection helps individuals and families heal, grow, and rediscover hope through the powerful connection between horses and humans. Using ground-based equine-assisted psychotherapy and learning models, our certified team works alongside horses to create a safe, experiential environment where participants can process emotions, build resilience, and develop healthier patterns for life.

Horses naturally respond to human emotions and nonverbal communication, offering honest, immediate feedback that often leads to powerful personal insight and meaningful breakthroughs.

We serve people from many walks of life, including foster children, at-risk youth, Indigenous youth, veterans, first responders, and individuals and families facing trauma, mental health challenges, or difficult life circumstances. We also offer Horse Powered Reading®, an innovative program that helps children overcome learning challenges and build confidence in school and life.
