These retreats provide invaluable respite and resource sharing to the spouses to Special Operators. Transitioning from a military family to a civilian family is a huge undertaking and these spouses need every bit of support. We provide the retreats as little get a ways while learning what it will take to thrive after transition from the military. We provide educational resources and self care techniques, as well as establishing another sense of community. The retreats are at no cost to the spouses.
