Our hearts are heavy yet full of hope as we share the story of a remarkable little boy named Urijah.
Urijah is a bright, resilient 4-year-old whose life has already been marked by incredible strength and courage. He is full of curiosity and joy, with a deep love for animals—especially the excitement of trips to the zoo. Even on his hardest days, he finds ways to smile and bring light to everyone around him.
Last year, Urijah was diagnosed with medulloblastoma type 3, an aggressive form of brain cancer. Since that day, our family’s world has changed completely.
He has bravely endured multiple hospital stays, ongoing rounds of chemotherapy, and serious complications including posterior fossa syndrome, which has affected his ability to move and communicate as he once did.
Despite everything he has faced, Urijah continues to fight with a level of bravery that inspires all of us. Every small milestone— a smile, a step forward, a moment of laughter—is a huge victory that our family celebrates with tears of joy and gratitude.
His treatment demands frequent hospitalizations, specialized care, and long periods away from home. As his mother, my greatest focus is staying by his side every single step of the way, ensuring he receives the medical attention and emotional support he needs. At the same time, this journey has placed significant emotional and financial strain on our entire family.
That is why the Armer Foundation for Kids is stepping in to support Urijah and his family.
