The situation regarding COVID-19 is fluid and will continue to impact our communities in evolving ways. The COVID-19 pandemic is the humanitarian crisis of our time and marks an unprecedented time in modern history that will require the best of humanity to overcome. According to the World Health Organization, Illness due to COVID-19 infection is generally mild, especially for children and young adults. However, it can cause serious illness: about 1 in every 5 people who catch it need hospital care. It is therefore quite normal for people to worry about how the COVID-19 outbreak will affect them and their loved ones. This project brings emergency food rations to the poorest of the poor in communities in America, to help them get through the Coronavirus epidemic and America's lockdown. Millions of daily laborers, who depend on daily earnings to feed themselves and their families cannot now work. They need immediate help. We distribute food parcels daily to America's most vulnerable communities We work to save lives, defeat poverty and also provide tools for sustainable change to the people most vulnerable to hunger, violence, and disease.
