VST was created by veterans for the sole purpose of empowering their fellow veterans as well as the communities they serve. Our mission is to help in the fight against homelessness, PTSD, and substance abuse by directing veterans being serviced into positive outcomes and preventive measures. By facilitating vocational training through our own resources, community partners, and workforce opportunities, we work hard to ensure that every veteran who works with us will become empowered in ways they never were previously. We will facilitate and educate veterans to their existing and prospective benefits by using our proprietary “milestone” system. We will use every resource available to service those we work with, thus servicing our community.

Veterans Stand Together (VST) - Empowering Veterans, Strengthening Communities

Through our VST Milestone System, we provide a step-by-step approach to help veterans transition successfully by offering:

Housing Assistance & Homeless Prevention – Connecting veterans to immediate shelter, transitional housing, and long-term housing solutions through partnerships with HUD-VASH, SSVF, and local housing programs.
Employment & Workforce Development – Career readiness programs, vocational training, and direct job placement with veteran-friendly employers.
Financial Literacy & Credit Repair – Guidance on budgeting, credit rebuilding, and homeownership, empowering veterans to achieve financial stability.
VA Claims & Benefits Navigation – Free assistance in filing VA claims, appeals, and accessing healthcare and disability benefits.
Entrepreneurship & Small Business Support – Resources, mentorship, and funding opportunities for veteran entrepreneurs.
Mental Health & Peer Support – Suicide prevention, PTSD resources, and peer-led support groups.
Veteran Advocacy & Outreach – Community engagement, networking events, and legislative advocacy to improve veteran services.
With a presence in California, Texas, Florida, Nevada, Pennsylvania, and beyond, VST partners with government agencies, corporate sponsors, and community organizations to maximize the impact of our services. We work directly with the Texas Veterans Commission, Combined Arms, Unite Us, United Way, and other veteran-centric networks to ensure every veteran gets the support they deserve.

We are committed to leaving no veteran behind—whether they need immediate assistance or long-term guidance, we stand ready to serve.
