Every 40 seconds someone in the world dies by suicide. That statistic is staggering, but even more heartbreaking is that behind every number is a name, a face, a story, and a life that mattered.

The Promise2Live "Names Behind the Numbers" campaign is a global movement to humanize the data, honor those we have lost, and inspire action that saves lives.

We believe suicide is preventable and that with compassion, connection, and community, we can change the narrative.

WHY THIS MATTERS
Mental health challenges are rising, especially among youth, veterans, and underserved communities. Many suffer in silence because of stigma, fear, or lack of access to support.

Yet studies show that when someone makes a personal commitment to stay—to reach out, to connect, to make a promise—their chances of survival increase by up to 60 percent.

That is why Promise2Live was created.
