RISING STARR HORSE RESCUE MISSION STATEMENT Rising Starr Horse Rescue saves, rehabilitates, retrains, and rehomes abandoned, neglected, or abused horses. Through equine interactive programs, we educate the public about at-risk horses and the importance of protecting them. By giving America's horses a second chance at life, we give the community the chance to experience the love, patience, and compassion horses have for humans.

StandFast Equine for Veterans, First responders, Active Military, and Special Teams.
Educational meet and greet with our Miniature herd.

We encourage and invite anybody who is interested in our cause to become part of our team or visit our Wilton farm for a free tour.
