Turning Point Evaluation, INC is a dynamic 501 (c) (3) nonprofit organization with a 509 (a) (2) public charity status that serves the Mental Health and Substance Abuse needs of Madison County, Iowa and the surrounding communities.

Turning Point Evaluation, INC provides outpatient Mental Health Therapy, Substance Abuse Counseling, Equine Assisted Psychotherapy (EAP) and Behavioral Health Intervention Services (BHIS).

Turning Point Evaluation, INC believes that within each individual lies an infinite amount of potential. We nurture and encourage that belief by providing each individual the opportunity of growth and positive exposure, as well as tapping into the passions and talents of our community.
