MISSION STATEMENT To support regional economic development through gap and start-up financing that facilitates increased revenue, decreased expenses, expanded markets, job creation and retention, by small businesses. We are a revolving loan fund helping small businesses gain access to capital when it is not otherwise available. We also help with gap financing when traditional lenders are not able to fund an entire project. We help underserved business owners, low to moderate-income, women-owned businesses, veterans, and other underserved people. We operate under a 501c3, but we are also supported by government grants for loan capital. The charity operates as a revolving loan fund where repayments are reinvested into new loans. This mechanism helps create a sustainable cycle of economic support, amplifying the impact of grant funding. Lastly, some key features of our program are our below-market interest rates, flexible terms, and technical assistance offered to applicants.
