My Brother Vinny, Inc. is requesting consideration for funding to help provide support to formerly homeless US Veterans. This $ 20,000 grant would be applied towards our bathroom and kitchen starter kits we supply to the veteran we serve throughout NYC, the Hudson Valley Region in NYS.
Project – Bathroom/Kitchen kits.
Kitchen kits contain – dinnerware, glassware, flatware, dish rags, measuring spoons, scissors, paper towels, can opener, recipes, and small extras.
Bathroom bag – 4 bath towels, 2 hand towels, 2 wash clothes, shower curtains, bathroom hooks, bath rug, soap dish, toothbrush, soap, garbage pail and toilet paper.
Small appliances – toasters, coffeemakers, and cookware
Goals of program - Our kits contain all of the essentials needed to start over immediately in a new home.
