The project is to build a total of 30 small/tiny homes with a central community building including a kitchen, bathrooms, showers, social area, computer room, and commons. The small homes will be insulated, lockable, with a bed, dresser and small fridge. These homes will be used for homeless youth between 18 and 24 while they are in tech school, or after graduation training. Expansion of this project would be phase two, to add an additional 20 tiny homes for veterans to live and mentor the youth.
