Puppy Jake Foundation is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization dedicated to helping military veterans through the assistance of well bred, socialized and professionally trained service dogs.
Volunteers serve as foster families for service dogs in training for up to 2 years. The professionally trained service dogs are donated, at no charge, to wounded combat Veterans. Extensive follow up training continues for the live of the service dog. The entire cost from 8 week to 2 years of training, food, veterinary care and equipment is approximately $25,000.
