The Holding Frames is a trauma-informed nonprofit using art as a pathway to long-term recovery. Through our FRAME Method (Finding Resilience After Major Events), we guide disaster-affected communities, veterans, seniors, and workplaces through structured creative experiences that foster presence, connection, and purpose. We offer free programming for disaster response and accessible services for organizations seeking meaningful support for their people. Our work centers survivor voices—not as therapy, but as community-led meaning-making.
