Born from our origins as United Cerebral Palsy of the Wabash Valley, Reach Services adopted a new name in 2016 and has grown into a multi-faceted nonprofit organization. We provide supportive services to low-income and at-risk individuals in our community, including those with disabilities, those battling homelessness, and those with military service. Our Children's Therapy Clinic and Adaptive Lending Library all help us reach additional families with our programs.
Children's Therapy Clinic:
Reach Therapy Clinic has been serving children by providing physical, occupational, feeding and speech therapies since 2018. Our growing team has experience with a wide variety of individuals and their diagnoses. Our clinic has grown so much since being operational that we are now expanding and adding additional therapy space in Clinic North at our 1400 Hulman building.
Veteran Services:
In 2014, Reach Services saw the short comings of services offered to Veterans in the Wabash Valley, out of that need Reach Veterans Services was born. Since that time, additional services have been established and extended to the community. That same year funds were raised, property was purchased, and 6 apartments were specifically built and furnished for aiding homeless and at risk Veterans in need. Reach Veteran Services also began operating a 2-bedroom Veterans shelter at our at 621 Poplar St location that has to date housed over 350 individuals while they received intense case management from our staff of on-site case managers. We also provide:
