Our mission is to transform the chaotic military-to-civilian transition into a rite of passage that builds clarity, community, and long-term leadership. The Truxtun Foundation was founded by veterans who experienced firsthand the challenges of reintegration after service. We seek to redefine healing and leadership by blending evidence-based psychedelic therapy with community storytelling and policy reform.

The Truxtun Foundation is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit dedicated to transforming the military-to-civilian transition into a rite of passage that builds clarity, purpose, and long-term leadership. We remove cost as a barrier so veterans can access a comprehensive arc of care: individualized preparation, legally compliant and medically supervised psychedelic-assisted healing, and sustained integration supported by trained peer coaches. Our mission is backed by research, policy engagement, and data collection to ensure lasting impact. Truxtun exists to restore mental health, strengthen community, and equip veterans to thrive in their next chapter.
