HELP US HONOR THOSE WHO SERVED
ROX Foundation Inc. 2nd Annual Veterans Day Brunch
November 11, 2026
There are some sacrifices that can never truly be repaid with a “thank you.”
There are sacrifices that deserve more than a handshake, a flag, or a single day on the calendar. They deserve our time, our attention, our gratitude, and most importantly, our ACTION.
On November 11, 2026, ROX Foundation Inc. will host our 2nd Annual Veterans Day Brunch, an event created with one purpose in mind: to honor the men and women who have served our country and to remind them that their service and sacrifice have not been forgotten.
Veterans have given pieces of their lives so that others could experience freedom, opportunity, safety, and the ability to live their lives without having to make the sacrifices they were willing to make. Many left behind parents, spouses, children, siblings, friends, careers, homes, and the comfort of everything familiar to answer a call greater than themselves.
Some returned home carrying visible scars.
Others returned carrying wounds that could not be seen.
Some returned to families who were waiting with open arms.
Others came home to communities that did not always understand what they had experienced.
And some veterans continue to face challenges long after their uniforms are hung up and their military service has ended.
That is why ROX Foundation Inc. believes that honoring veterans cannot simply be about saying, “Thank you for your service.” We believe those words should be followed by meaningful action.
Our Veterans Day Brunch is one way we can put that gratitude into action.
THIS IS PERSONAL. THIS IS PURPOSE.
ROX Foundation Inc. was built on the belief that community matters. We believe that when people come together with a shared purpose, something powerful happens. Needs are met. Voices are heard. Relationships are built. And people who may sometimes feel overlooked are reminded that somebody sees them.
Our veterans deserve to know that they are seen.
They deserve to know that their service matters.
They deserve to know that their sacrifices matter.
And they deserve to be celebrated—not because we can ever repay what they have given, but because we can choose to acknowledge it.
Our first Veterans Day Brunch showed us just how meaningful it can be when a community intentionally creates space to honor its veterans. As we prepare for our second annual event, our vision is to make this year's gathering even more impactful.
We are not simply planning a meal.
We are creating an experience.
We are creating a room where veterans can gather, fellowship, laugh, share stories, build connections, and enjoy a meal prepared specifically in their honor.
We are creating an opportunity for community members to look a veteran in the eyes and say, “We appreciate you.”
We are creating an environment where veterans can feel celebrated.
And we are creating an opportunity to connect veterans with resources that may be beneficial to them and their families.
WHY WE ARE ASKING FOR YOUR SUPPORT
Behind every successful community event are people who believe in the mission enough to invest in it.
ROX Foundation Inc. is asking businesses, churches, organizations, community leaders, families, individuals, and other supporters to partner with us in making our 2nd Annual Veterans Day Brunch possible.
We are seeking both financial sponsorships and in-kind donations to help cover the costs associated with the event.
Our fundraising efforts will help us provide four essential components of the celebration:
1. A MEANINGFUL BRUNCH
Our veterans should be able to sit down, enjoy a good meal, fellowship with others, and know that the meal before them was provided because someone cared enough to give.
We are seeking support to help cover the cost of food, beverages, serving supplies, and other necessities associated with providing brunch for our honored veterans and guests.
A meal may seem simple, but when it is prepared and served with intention, it becomes more than food.
It becomes hospitality.
It becomes fellowship.
It becomes a tangible expression of gratitude.
Your donation can help us put a meal on the table for a veteran who deserves to be celebrated.
2. A WELCOMING VENUE
To create the type of event our veterans deserve, we need a suitable building where we can gather, fellowship, eat, celebrate, and provide resources in a comfortable environment.
We are seeking donations and sponsorships to assist with building rental expenses.
The venue will provide the space necessary to bring veterans, supporters, volunteers, and community partners together under one roof.
We want the environment to feel intentional.
We want our veterans to walk through the doors and immediately know that the day was planned with THEM in mind.
3. VETERAN RESOURCE BAGS
One of the most important components of this year's event will be our Veteran Resource Bags.
We want to send each honored veteran home with more than memories from the brunch.
We want to provide them with something useful.
These bags will be designed to include helpful resources, informational materials, essentials, appreciation items, and connections to organizations and services that may benefit veterans and their families.
Our goal is to use this event not only as a celebration but also as an opportunity to connect veterans with information and resources that can continue to serve them beyond November 11.
A resource bag may look like a small gesture, but to us it represents something much bigger:
We want veterans to leave knowing that the community is still willing to show up for them.
We are seeking sponsors and donors who would like to contribute financially or provide items that can be included in these bags.
Whether you are able to sponsor one bag, several bags, or donate items in bulk, your contribution can make a difference.
4. DECORATIONS AND EVENT SUPPLIES
Our veterans deserve to walk into a space that feels like a celebration.
We are seeking support for decorations, centerpieces, table settings, signage, balloons, patriotic-themed décor, and other event supplies needed to transform our venue into a beautiful and welcoming Veterans Day celebration.
We want the room to reflect the importance of the people we are gathering to honor.
Every detail matters.
From the tables where veterans will sit to the decorations surrounding them, we want every part of the event to communicate the same message:
YOU MATTER.
YOUR SERVICE MATTERS.
YOUR SACRIFICE MATTERS.
WE REMEMBER.
WE APPRECIATE YOU.
YOUR DONATION CAN HELP US DO MORE
ROX Foundation Inc. understands that everyone may not be able to make a large contribution.
That is okay.
We believe that community support does not have to look the same for everyone.
One person may donate $25.
Another may donate $100.
A business may sponsor the food.
A church may provide resource bag items.
A local company may help with decorations.
A community member may volunteer their time.
Another organization may help us connect veterans with resources.
Someone else may simply share our sponsorship request with others.
Every contribution matters because every contribution moves the mission forward.
We are not asking one person or one organization to carry the entire responsibility.
We are asking our community to come together.
Because when many people each do what they can, something that once seemed impossible becomes possible.
WE ARE INVITING YOU TO BE PART OF THE STORY
When you sponsor the ROX Foundation Inc. 2nd Annual Veterans Day Brunch, you are doing more than putting your name on an event.
You are helping create an experience for someone who once answered a call to serve.
You are helping provide a meal.
You are helping create a place for fellowship.
You are helping put resources directly into the hands of veterans.
You are helping create an atmosphere of celebration.
You are helping ROX Foundation Inc. continue its commitment to serving and strengthening the community.
And you are helping us send a message that should never be forgotten:
WE WILL NOT FORGET THOSE WHO SERVED.
TO OUR COMMUNITY
We know that communities are strongest when people are willing to invest in something bigger than themselves.
There will always be needs.
There will always be organizations looking for support.
There will always be causes competing for attention.
But we believe there is something powerful about coming together to honor people who spent a portion of their lives serving our country.
Veterans are part of our families.
They are our parents.
Our grandparents.
Our brothers.
Our sisters.
Our spouses.
Our neighbors.
Our friends.
Our coworkers.
They are members of our communities.
And some of them are quietly walking through challenges that we may never know about.
This brunch gives us an opportunity to stop for a moment and say:
We see you.
We appreciate you.
We honor you.
We remember your sacrifice.
A COMMUNITY-DRIVEN VISION
ROX Foundation Inc. is committed to creating opportunities that bring people together and address needs within our community.
We understand that meaningful change does not happen overnight.
It happens through consistent action.
It happens when someone sees a need and decides not to look away.
It happens when people are willing to give even when they do not receive anything in return.
It happens when organizations, businesses, churches, families, and individuals decide that the well-being of others is worth their investment.
That is the spirit behind this Veterans Day Brunch.
We are not doing this because it is easy.
We are doing it because it is meaningful.
We are doing it because our veterans deserve to be celebrated.
We are doing it because community support should extend beyond words.
And we are doing it because we believe that honoring those who served is a responsibility we can share.
