Web Based Self Help Program for PTSD/MST Sufferers

We hope to launch this new computer program by mid-spring 2026. It is not intended as professional counseling, but is intended as an awareness and self help tool for PTSD/MST sufferers who have difficulty getting professional counseling, or want to augment their professional counseling with recognized self-help techniques that seek to reduce anxiety and conflict without the use of drugs. Initially, the program will be in English only, but we will seek to launch other translations if it proves to be successful. There is no requirement that a person using the self-help tool be a US citizen. It will be available on our web site at www.vnrc.us
