Minyan Tzedek is how we harness the organizing power of our entire community to work toward the world as it ought to be. Our goal is 100% community participation through one of our four paths: Feeding Our Neighbors, Green Action, IKAR Community Organizing, and Global Partnership.
IKAR’s longtime project to bring dinner and conversation to veterans who are overcoming homelessness at People Assisting the Homeless (P.A.T.H.) Cotner’s location. We cook and serve dinner twice a month to about 30 residents. Those who serve the meal stay to talk and share companionship with the residents while they eat.
Our Global Partnership path advocates for international justice and bringing light and sustainability to our partner community in Katira, Uganda.
