Orland Park Veterans Commision

The Village of Orland Park Veterans Commission was created in 1991. One of the Commission’s first tasks was the creation of a suitable veterans memorial for the Orland Park community. Today the Veterans Commission provides support and resources to veterans, veterans groups and residents. Our ongoing activities include: Veterans and Memorial Day Ceremonies Weekly Queen of Hearts Fundraisers Troop Donation and Packaging Events Salute to Veterans at the Taste of Orland Park Annual Veterans Golf Classic Fundraiser And Many More!

The Orland Park Veteran's Commission raises money throughout the year with many different fundraising efforts and monies are donated to the Veterans Voices, VFW and American Legion for their Veterans projects; such as purchasing a dog for a veteran with PTSD, or many other venerable causes for veterans.
