Resiliency Pathways™ is a 12‑week, trauma‑informed wellness experience created specifically for women veterans. Each cohort includes 10 participants, offering a safe, intimate environment where women can rebuild wellness, strengthen emotional regulation, and reconnect with community.
The program integrates evidence‑informed practices with culturally responsive care, honoring the lived experiences, identities, and transitions unique to women who have served.
Two‑Phase Structure
- Weeks 1–6: Community & Shared Learning
Group‑based sessions focus on connection, psychoeducation, and foundational wellness practices.
- Weeks 7–12: Individualized Wellness Planning
Participants receive one‑on‑one support to develop personalized wellness plans that integrate oral health, nutrition, mental health, and restorative bodywork.
Program Outcomes
Women completing the program demonstrate improved emotional regulation, stronger social connection, and sustainable wellness habits that support long‑term resilience. These outcomes directly reduce risk factors associated with suicidality, including isolation, emotional dysregulation, and lack of culturally responsive care.
Immediate Need: Sponsor 10 Women Veterans
Ten women veterans in North Texas are ready to begin the next Resiliency Pathways™ cohort but require sponsorship to enroll. Your support directly funds holistic wellness services, ensuring each woman receives the care and community she deserves.
Program Cost & Accessibility
The program is offered at $300 per participant per month, with sliding‑scale options and sponsorships available to ensure equitable access. Each woman also receives a wellness kit valued at approximately $50 to support at‑home practice and continuity between sessions. A 3‑month commitment provides the greatest impact, allowing participants to build sustainable habits and experience measurable improvements in well‑being.
This structure strengthens emotional and physical wellness while reducing key drivers of suicidality by increasing connection, stability, and access to trauma‑informed care.
Long‑Term Impact
Arabella is committed to empowering 5,000 women veterans by 2035, with a goal of achieving an 80%+ thriving rate as measured by the WHO‑5 Well‑being Index.
