Support aspiring UX professionals from underrepresented backgrounds through personalized, year-long mentorship. Work one-on-one with an apprentice to provide career guidance, portfolio review, design feedback, and real-world industry insights as they transition into the UX field. Mentors meet weekly or bi-monthly with their mentee to discuss goals, projects, and professional development in a supportive environment. Mentors should have at least 5 years combined relevant work experience in UX research, content strategy, content design, information architecture, product design, and/or product management.
