Our mission is to inspire hope, confidence, and resilience in girls and women through horses and habits.
Bridle Up Hope San José, a veteran-owned and operated 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization, is committed to enhancing the mental wellness of women and girls through our transformative Equine Assisted Learning curriculum. Our organization believes in the healing power of horses and the strength of principle-centered living to advance personal growth and resilience. Utilizing the framework from "The 7 Habits of Highly Effective Teens" by Sean Covey, we equip our participants with tools to manage life's challenges, fostering self-awareness, responsibility, and emotional well-being.
