Fruitful Living Enterprises (FLE) is a progressive nonprofit organization under section 501(c)(3) and is the umbrella company for Caregivers That Deliver (CTD), which was established in 2011 to meet the growing need for in-home care services, long-term care housing, and day programs for adults and seniors. We currently provide in-home caregiving services to our beloved veterans, the developmentally disabled, and seniors.
We also offer training and certification for caregivers and family members who are providing in-home care to their loved ones. We also help in locating resources and services that caregivers often need.
Obtaining property is a key component to meeting the high demand for affordable long-term housing and offering programs that promote socialization, healthy activities, meals, and other care. Establishing a loving and interactive environment for seniors is important to help them maintain a sense of belonging and let them know their caregivers understand them and can meet their needs.
Our organizations have thirty years of experience working with these groups, and we are excited to increase our capacity by providing several care homes, inclusive of Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) and Instrumentals of Daily Living (IADLs) and day programs in our local community.
In collaboration with local churches and other organizations serving our target market groups, FLE will apply for grants and other funding available to meet the need for housing, in-home care, and day programs. In addition, FLE’s goal is to provide in-home care services, day programs and housing to low-income individuals and families that cannot entirely pay for these much-needed services.
Our goal in 2024 is to promote our first annual festival, a “Caring is Sharing” family event that will bring families together for a weekend of fun events, music, educational presentations, a variety of health and caregiving resources, caregiving employment opportunities, and assorted food vendors.
