The program provides engaging learning environments where students explore technology, creativity, and problem-solving while being introduced to education and career pathways connected to STEAM fields. Participants gain exposure to digital tools and concepts while developing critical thinking, collaboration, and self-expression in a supportive, culturally responsive setting.
Program components include:
Digital Literacy & Technology Foundations: Age-appropriate learning experiences that introduce students to digital tools, online safety, and foundational technology skills.
Project-Based STEAM Learning: Hands-on creative projects that integrate technology, design, arts, and innovation while encouraging curiosity and experimentation.
Mentorship & Career Awareness: Exposure to professionals, volunteers, and role models who help students explore education and workforce pathways connected to STEAM careers.
Family & Community Engagement: Supportive learning resources that connect families to college readiness, career exploration, and financial education tools that reinforce long-term opportunity.
Digital Days of Learning helps young people see themselves as creators and problem-solvers while expanding access to enrichment opportunities that are often limited in under-resourced communities. The program supports positive identity development, early career awareness, and the skills needed to navigate an increasingly digital world.
Funding Goal: $50,000
Seed funding supports instruction, learning materials, student project supplies, mentorship activities, and access supports—allowing more youth to participate consistently and benefit from high-quality digital and STEAM learning experiences.
