Word Faith Believers Ministries is a 501 (c) 3 non-profit agency whose sole purpose is to help those who need assistance. Think about this, we are going about our day to day lives everyday trying to figure out one of the thousand food combinations that we want to eat a day BUT there are the people who do not even have food to eat, a place to sleep or the needed essentials of life. The homeless community rapidly growing for several reasons including the worsening of the economy due to the pandemic. We desire to give them another chance at this thing we call life. Over the years all the resources that were used to feed the homeless community one or twice a month has come from the founder’s own pockets. We have also spent years caring and aiding our Senior Citizen community. Not every elderly person has loved ones who are willing or able to help them with basic care like running errands for them or shoveling the snow. Both categories that we service include another important service area, Veterans. Veterans have fought for this country, but they lead in the numbers of people that end up homeless. The fourth community of people that WFBM services is Children with Special Needs and resources for their parents. We have a heart for those who need help but are for assorted reasons unable to get the help they need. All of these services are available in Illinois, Indiana, Florida, Missouri, Minnesota, California and a dozen other states.

WFBM provides services for the homeless community, veterans, special needs children and seniors in all of Illinois, Indiana, Southern Florida, Nevada, Missouri, California, Mississippi, Tennessee and 12 plus other states have also been serviced by WFBM.
We currently provide the following services to Outreach and Resource programs for the Homeless Communities. We provide food, daily essentials, and medical products (I.E., masks and first aid kits) to the homeless population in Illinois and several other states. We also serve the Senior Citizen Community to help those seniors that stand in need of basic needs. (I.E., show shoveled, home management, transportation to doctors’ appointments, grocery store). WFBM provides resources to Veterans and to Parents that have children with special needs.
The immediate goal is to replenish our stock and to purchase a Large Van or Small bus to have a mobile resource center. This will allow us to cover more ground and help more people at once.
Our long-term goals are not farfetched but will take more time and financial help. Plans are in the works for a Clothes Closet, Food Pantry, Brick and Mortar Homeless Transitional Facility Program with medical care, mental health care, life skills training, grooming services, job placement and eventually housing to help them back into society. This program will be 9 months to help them get back on their feet. This is a real step to help eradicate homelessness a batch of people at a time. We will also have a full affordable senior assistance center that will be under Word Faith Believers Ministries. Later WFBM will be a Brick & Mortar Church based on Kindness and helping others.
The overall mission of Word Faith Believers Ministries is to help in any way that we can. Our ultimate goal is to Eradicate Homelessness, tend to the Senior Citizens that do not have loved ones who can help, Help the Veteran community that truly do not have enough resources to maintain a life they truly deserve and help the Children and parents who deal with special needs. Each one of our programs are already fully functional and operational and has been since 2013. The mission is having these resources in multiple locations in brick-and-mortar buildings so that we will be able to meet a broader base of people. With additional financial funding we will be able to implement what most people complain about the homelessness in their communities but don't seem to have a real plan to help nor do some people even care because it does not affect them personally. We at Word Faith Believers Ministries have a real plan to help, the heart to go along with it and for the past 9 years have used our own resources to aide these overlooked groups of people. With the helpful hands of others, we will be able to accomplish so much more and make a serious step forward to having a more sustainable society.
