R. At The 280 Project, we’re redefining what inclusion looks like through our one-of-a-kind paid apprenticeship program. Participants learn about cultivating grapes and fermentation hands-on throughout the grape growing season across our partners at vineyards and UC Davis. Participants get exposure to wine related careers across the wine industry from wine marketing, distribution, viticulture research, and innovation and technology in the ever expanding agritech industry. The 280 Project believes there are many paths to wine and providing opportunities to the plethora of various career paths and educational advancement opportunities all support the future of wine for many years to come. For our international programs, travel the world for an entire grape-growing season, gaining hands-on experience while building careers in an industry that needs fresh, diverse voices.
