Meals on Wheels of Columbia is dedicated and passionate about providing hot, nutritious meals to those in need.

Meals on Wheels of Columbia delivers hot, nutritious meals to adults in Columbia who are 1)suffering from an illness or injury, 2) recovering from a recent hospitalization, or 3) seniors 65 and over who need meals delivered to their home. We have been delivering meals to the senior residents of Columbia for over 40 years. We operate a sliding fees scale based on the Federal Poverty Level and monthly gross income which allows almost 80% of our clients to receive some type of subsidy for meals. Clients have the option of adding a sack supper and weekend frozen meals if necessary. All drivers are volunteers who recently won the community HERO Award in 2014! Our food is contracted with the local Veteran's Hospital to provide a cost effective partnership.
