Send a Hand to the ROW: First-Year Worker Support

Send a Hand to the ROW helps qualified first-year pipeline and skilled-trades workers overcome the financial barriers that can prevent a good hand from getting started.

The Pipeline Life Foundation’s $25,000 campaign goal will help approximately 10 first-year workers with legitimate career-startup expenses. Depending on documented need and available funding, assistance may support work boots, personal protective equipment, tools, welding gear, safety equipment, required training, transportation, temporary lodging, and other essential employment-related costs.

This program is about opportunity—not a handout. It helps motivated workers accept jobs, begin apprenticeships, complete workforce training, and build lasting careers in the skilled trades.

Applicants must meet program eligibility requirements. Assistance amounts and approved expenses may vary based on individual circumstances, available funding, and documented need.
